Information we collect

When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, and any phone number, postcode, service and message you choose to share. We do not collect any special-category data.

How we use it

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, provide you with a quote and, if you become a customer, deliver the work you've asked us to do. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to a business enquiry you initiated) and, where relevant, the performance of a contract.

Sharing

We use Resend to deliver enquiry notification emails and Supabase (through Lovable Cloud) to store enquiries securely. We do not sell your data to anyone.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted unless you become a customer, in which case they are kept for the statutory period required for financial records.

Cookies

This site uses only essential cookies required to remember your cookie choice. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email kellenwinslow8@gmail.com and we'll respond within one month.

You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
